Resolution 6:That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 10.11 and for all other purposes, approval is given for theCompany to issue 142,857 Shares at a deemed issue price of 14 cents per Share to David Cantor, aDirector (or his nominee) in recognition of services provided as Chairman of the Company’s ScientificAdvisory Board, on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Memorandum.
