do your research and look at the Salgaocar and Ambani family connections.. $10m buys VImson 10% votes and more than likely the rest of the company at a small fraction of the NPV.. DYOR.. the vultures are absolutely about to pounce.. financing the capex will not be an issue for these guys!!
