I'm still with Esh on this. The equity raise only benefits LT holders with bottomless pockets that can average down (inlikely for most as the cost & amount of shares to do so @ say, $25k sitting @ 32c average would take a sizable capitol to do so, in order to average down to say 27.5?) so, out of the question for many I would guess. Or, current cashed up folk or those able to sell out of another stock in order to buy here.
