You are absolutely right that Frank & Co have indicated that announcement on new gigafactories, NY financing and Nachu financing are all imminent & due this year. Arguably they have 10 working days to deliver (I can't see anyone agreeing to what would be major agreements in the Xmas-New year period), so lets see what happens...a big christmas present or another pair of socks to add to the pile we get regularly from MNS .

If it's the financing side, IMO it's unlikely to be any more than $5m......well short of at least $100m to get serious about either NY or Nachu, so I'd wager, the announcement will be another random thought bubble about opening a gigafactory in (lets say) timbuktu because ??!! (sorry I can't understand the reasoning for Townsville or NY, so will have to leave it to the marketing department at MNS to come up with the normal spiel on another gigafactory announcement)
