Yes I saw it was in regards to a proposed merger. And you've put two and two together to come up with a suggestion of who the other party might be, but until it's confirmed by the company, nothing is set in stone. My biggest issue with the comment was that there was nothing in it for the shareholders. Until the terms of the "proposed" merger agreement come out, we don't know whether it's a positive or a negative.
