The most interesting part in this Phase 1 is the "old" population, 10 people. In spite the number is small I would think that each of them has already some iron hampering energy production and one week on PBT434 could well improve nerve function as reaction speed, reaction accuracy, standing balance etc. I do not know if these are tested in but even more common vital signs may improve as heart and lung function measures. Even eye reflexes can happen quicker if mitochondria function improves.

So there is a possibility that even in phase 1 Prana can demonstrate that an body works better if the function of mitochondria can be improved by PBT434.
