Yes, I noticed that comment, however further down they state that settlement of Placement is anticipated to occur on Thursday 13/12/18, so which is it?
I have posted because it is my thoughts on the matter, thought that was the point of a forum - if you are happy with all aspects of this placement that is fine with me (and for what it's worth because of where the Company is at present it is probably fine - just raises questions for me).
BTW - Part of my questioning of these deals is the very vague and sketchy anns relating to the investment in InHealth.
