How will a nano-cap pre-revenue specky like Azure fare in this worsening risk-off macro environment? What effect will it have on fund-raising and the shareprice?

My expectation: The shareprice will continue to ‘drift’ down in the next 4-6 weeks, settling at the 13-14c range. A CR will occur late-Jan at 20% discount to VWAP, pushing share price down to 10c, or thereabouts
