If the IP was transformational the SP wouldn't be at 4c....
Agree that without a partner that has proven experience in this field MEB is going to struggle to get off the ground. Most of the BOD aren't up to it IMO. MEB is better off selling out completely. Surely their heads are that far up their rears that they think they can turn this into something big... Can't even hold their own team together.
