It's seems to be the new hip trend for ASX Small Caps, to raise cash when finally the SP is just getting back off the floor, and send it back under the CR offer price. 

The IP is transformational. 

The MEB mass-market app can be run (with outsourced services) from "a spare bedroom", pushed along by gorilla / social-media marketing.

But for corporate services, rather than trying to lift themselves off the ground by their own shoelaces, should MEB focus on finding a implementation partner with real global marketing and operations muscle?

Regardless of the market mood - Tech Majors are still sitting on billions of idle cash - vrs scraping cents of the floor in this ASX doss-house market.
