What evidence do you have to back up that assertion(s), what's the consequence you most object to, and what is to stop you exiting the hold?
If you have evidence there's something illegal going on tell the relevant authorities.
Have you contacted the company itself to complain and lay out your views?
You have made some very grand claims. Now please back them up with some proper analysis based on evidence.
