Don't know what gave u the impression of 23c on the cards but if ur in this short term this isn't about a wonder drill hit. It's about building a company totally innovative with many hurdles to overcome and must I say management are doing this incredibly well . 

So patience may be required as they say the day will come but in due time and in no real hurry as u can appreciate .

so I suggest u wipe this short term mentality out of ur head and tackle it with a different vision .
