Is this even a deal ?
They pay $200K to essentially score a 24 month option over the IP, $100K upfront and $100K based on milestones
No mention of the minimum spend on development to be committed by Zelda
No mention of the potential % split proposed should they move to a “global development and licensing agreement”
This news won’t cut the mustard IMO
Small cash component, long drawn out timeline and no definite spends in place - it’s wishy washy at best
