What is the brand worth?
Columbia is worth a PE of 25.

So what can happen is we will rerate up over time.....
Not to mention KMD becomes a threat to big American listed rivals.
So how to you get rid of a emerging threat? Buy them at a PE of 15-20 instantly boosting your own revenue and economies of scale.
Not to mention magic of boosting your own earnings based arbitrage in PE multiples.
