I don't understand why they want to do a 10 for 1 consolidation when there is only 100 million shares . That would make 10 million shares on issue after consolidation . Possibly a good point to try to raise capital. Is it effectively the buy out of a shell company & a relisting. The MD told me that if i fill out my voting intentions then the secretary was obliged to vote my shares the way I had directed , if I posted back the form .  it seems very inconvenient , that they hold the AGM, 5 days before Christmas , when many might have already gone on holidays ?????
