You must remember that RRR bought the majority of their holding around 12c (or less) .... so they have almost 100% profit atm. We should thank RRR for picking up lots of loose stock when MDX was somewhat unloved. The activities of RRR certainly put MDX on the radar for many others and have helped us long term holders into a substantial profit position.

Accordingly RRR selling some is to be expected - who knows maybe they even plan to go free carried.... there is every chance that RRR could end up with a free carried stake of around 3% - 4% of MDX if they so choose.

I wonder if Andrew Tsang would have shown his hand so agressively as well if RRR did not get on board first.

As RRR has requested to underwrite the options as well I see nothing negative in their taking some profits - after all it`s not as if they have dumped the whole holding.

Bear in mind also that every ANN released by RRR in London that mentions MDX (and most do) is more free inernational marketing for us shareholders. Who needs a PR firm when you have RRR as a shareholder.

I really wouldn`t concern myself at all with recent movements.
