Some CEO's / Directors amaze me how they set themselves up for a fall ? I am not sure why you would release an announcement on 21 November, 2018 saying:

▪ A total of 16 exploration lines (mechanically excavated trenches) were completed with assay results received to date for 6 exploration lines – additional assay results for the outstanding 10 exploration lines are expected to be received in late November 2018.

Wouldn't it have been better to just say "additional assay results for the outstanding 10 exploration lines are expected to be received within the December 2018 quarter"

Gives additional month to announce these results and no one gets shirty that they are late ? Plus the BoD looks good if it comes in the first week or so of December .... now all it looks like is they have over promised and under delivered again when they could have done the opposite if they only worded the last announcement 'better' ??

In relation to the Constitution ... this was mentioned in the AGM information and is 'standard' for amendments ..... Ceiling Fan maybe lighten up on the dramatics of "SELL SELL SELL" and "NOT GOOD" .... nothing to see here !
