Well, it gives you the ability to officially ask questions to the board, and be on record. One does not need to attend AGM for that to occur. You are by the sounds of it a DAY TRADER, were I'm long-term in most of my portfolio. CFE for me is now an amusement, and I'm a large believer in Carma and that TS will eventually get what's coming to him and his mates.
