Ann: Capital Raising from Strategic Investors, page-2

This is better than expected from my viewpoint.

The raisings will be done at a 1c discount to the share price which is almost unheard of in my experience and indicates the future potential of AEI going forward and how undervalued the people in the know think it is. The shares on issue will increase from approximately 157,944, 444 (If I have my figures right)  to 218,179,738 and a market cap of $41.4m AUD at today's share price of 19c which is still tiny given the elephant AEI have just landed.

In addition to already having 104 customers across 17 countries and the Daikin (Goodman) agreement, they have the BUNZL launch, over 100 large scale projects in launch mode for CY2019, and multiple global strategic alliances with large trade partners in late-stage discussions.

The future for AEI has never looked brighter.
