Not necessary to change existing prov patent. They simply lodged a new provisional pat using plagiarized features from my design. Patent office doesn't check provisionals for novelty. Channer / Rodd also stole the Flash Back Needle (Vein Entry Indicator) idea from my second B.C.D. patent - number 2003905309 - could be suing for millions.
