bello, Judged by all available information except one, AZA is undervalued. This is why it attracts me to have another look at this one.

But you cannot ignore that NXS pulled plug on the merge. I believe the technical team of NXS know better than you and me. There must be some isses with the oil reserve as implied in the NXS ann.

Anything could happen, and NXS could be totally wrong. But I won't buy AZA right now. I might be wrong, and missed a great opportunity. This is OK. Good luck.
