Statsports wants to hire 200 people to make it similar in size to Catapult. Not sure if you guys have gone through a hiring spree like this? Most companies ramping up like this has a lot of organisational and cultural integration issues with everybody thinking it's a good time to be in and enjoy themselves(rather than working hard). Statsports is quite a few years behind Catapult. They will catch up in a few years time if Catapult stops growing.
But Catapult is not resting on its laurels. Its revenue needs to keep growing by >30% per year to make it big enough for big recurring profits. I think we are into a winner here...
