Ann: Projects Update - Argentina, page-24

Investments have been made in this company based on the information disclosed via ASX announcements.

I personally invested, eyes open, as a long term play, in consideration of the above & understand companies face hurdles, often outside of their direct control. This is part of doing business. This is commonplace. LRS certainly isn’t my only holding, and should it collapse, I’ll be fine. 

HOWEVER.. Disclosures have to be accurate. Australian law specifically prohibits companies from “making a statement, or disseminating information” that is false or misleading, is likely to affect the price of a financial product, and that should reasonably have been known to be false...

Would it be too far a stretch to consider many announcements, looked at not in isolation, but as a running commentary released across the preceding 12 months fit this description?

My concern is investors funding what seems to be

a increasingly grandiose story that regulators should take a very close look at.

Missed dates, No drilling, JV’s, Take Off’s, and now a Battery factory! All without permits, JORC or actual resource to sell?

Can any member of this forum provide a counter to this?  I will be more than happy to stand corrected.
