Stocks can and do rise on low volumes (3.5 higher than the average).
OTC market okay for Pen, good exposure to US based speculative uranium investors. Look what happened to BKY they delisted from the AIM to the FTSE, wham bam, took a monumental dive weeks later, driven by licensing/ permits, government approvals delays.
Nightmare, trouble is “once bitten twice shy’’
