As much as the loan has shown up some dubious issues and neither of the two latest Broker reports (research may be a little strong) failed to mention it. I think the biggest issue has always been the failure over the best apart of a decade to make this mine work. It is either the mine is not feasible economically/technically or the management is not competent.

And too the posters saying why post if you don't have shares there are many reasons people post here maybe ex holders or people looking to buy, people interested in diamonds.  Having comments other than "I think 2019 is the year" might be a good thing!
