Instead of stumbling around in this barren wasteland looking for opinions you might not like why dont you send an email to the CEO. She may answer your queries, she may not.
Probably best to let her get on with the massive expansion at the moment, and leave any queries for later.
If that doesnt suit, there is always next years AGM to bring the subject up.
