Can anyone say how much or how often shares can be issued when a stock is suspended?

What is there to stop this company from issuing another 300 m in a few months then have a share consolidation and continue again issuing shares to pay in lieu for drilling or advisory services .

Shareholders get diluted to nothing and they keep thr company.

That's a mining model that is sure to rake in the gold.

A sniff of drilling every now and then ---lots of expense paid trips to mining conferences---in house paid advisory services---- cars and trucks----houses and accomodation and lots of BBQ's with extended family and friends on Nikes.
