Hello. Simply put, it seems that ReRAM over the long-term will be cheaper and faster. It can also be configured to be faster or last longer depending on the requirements. Lifespan is another thing: flash can die with too much use. This is less a problem with 1TB drives but still a noticeable difference.
So while don't have anywhere near 1TB of ReRAM yet, when it gets to that level it will be all around more efficient and effective: the stereotypical 'next generation.' That's my understanding.
