There have been multiple beaches of Corporations Law by the directors namely Terence Clee but much like the CEO’s of the major banks in the Banking Royal Commission ie. Mr Narev from CBA none of these cronies will see the inside of a jail cell. Once Hardey are delisted on Friday 21st December and an action is brought against the directors and secretary Sarah Smith at shareholders costs they will most probably just seek reimbursement under the Company Directors and Officers Insurance policy they would have paid for with our money. Just been a lifestyle company for these guys from the start and never had any intention of doing any drilling or exploration, just pump and dump the shares for their mates and back handlers to them on the side. No corporate governance on the Vanadium deals whatsoever. This is a bad debt for me, should have seen that Accountants running mining companies is a big red flag, so will take this as a lesson learned, these are my thoughts, cheers BernardF
