TV2U provides a platform based product, everyone needs to understand that the content, advertising, marketing are all done by the “client”. The sites and content are all still being used for testing and staging phases although they are ready for complete use, until the client uploads the full package onto these (sites, apps ect) it is out of tv2’s hands, they have done the work on their end of the contract.

Hard questions were asked in the meeting and everything kept reverting back to the above paragraph. With a team a lawyers on the board there was a lot of stone walled answers.
