I think keeping basic methodology would form part of the confidentiality agreement. Any company wouldn't want their IP exposed.
Why doesn't the market believe it? I think because its early stages still and until they convert all of this into paid revenue it will still be a spec. I think once the next stage is completed then this could be a different story.
