Syrah will be cash flow positive in the first quarter then the dynamics change. With volume of 250k tons growing to 300+ tons the fixed cost will be spread across more tonage. As a result, the profit per ton and free cash flow will be significant. Syrah will be playing with house money as they have not debt.
