Yes to all of those criticisms of the TANZ Govt.  It is extraordinary to see a modern state conducting itself so dismally.  No rational person criticises the TANZ Govt for wanting a good deal for its citizens, but the clumsiness of their actions since pushing through this ill-thought out mining legislation beggars belief.   The good news is that there seems to be some realisation 'from above' - quote from our Chairman - that the TANZ government needs to support industry.  We will come good.  Patient money prevails in Africa.
