I love this bit:

"In FY18, weclosed a further 17 stores, bringing the total number of store closures to 103 over the lastsix years. We continue to press landlords to offer rent in line with the changing consumermarket and their own centre performance and further closures will occur for those landlordswho do not respond to these changing market conditions. In the next few months we will beclosing three unprofitable stores on Chapel Street, South Yarra, Victoria due to landlords’unrealistic expectations and inability to understand the changing market structure."

Why oh why did I buy MYR shares instead of this? The mind makes some silly decisions at times...........sigh.

Ps: I actually think PMV is overvalued at this point but a takeover premium in my MYR holdings of around 50% would keep me pretty damn happy, will look at buying this under $15 if it gives me the chance. Doubt it will though and deservedly so with the management team and board in place.
