Out of respect to us all, the least you could do is spend a few hours understanding some basic research on:
1. the track record of WBT to date against accepted industry progress, hint: its spectacular
2. what the relationship is between Rice and WBT currently, hint: James Tour talks us up, not down
3. what it means if Rice were to walk away at this point in the reram story, hint: they would miss the market opportunity completely for reram
4. some basic understanding of chip manufacturing technology and how it works, hint: what masking is, how density affects yield, the process from design through to production and how much work it is, why particular densities are important and why WBT getting them is further reason for Rice to stay with us
This way you wont embarrass yourself and perhaps your attempts to talk the share price down might actually have some effect.

Js, as a devoted shareholder, you should have a stronger ground points here. The 4 points you give me aren't convinced enough.
WBT is in fact, a spectacular sale and marketing team. Well, there are only one fact in business that you may revise to have a better look at the picture here.
1. If you want to buy and resell something with best profit, you need to find the original supplier and try to eliminate as many of middle man as you can. In this case, I would get the IP right of chip straight from Rice and put into my fab and have much better profit then through another middle man. and yes, I just need to be patient enough until the performance review of the middle man pass and the agreement is gone. Done.
And one fact is that WBT is the middle man/ sale contractor here, not actual inventor of such a technology.
