Turns out that Goku, whilst having similar livery to Loop, is in fact a Taiwan operation. Apparently set up independently by some 'gamers' at the start of this year.
According to Taiwan, it is independent to China. The Chinese would argue differently. Why is this of interest? Well, if Soco and Vmoto view Taiwan a different market to China then hopefully the CU units sold there would be 'billed' by Vmoto if the company has a world (ex-China) distribution licence.
If Vmoto does not have a world (ex China) exclusive distribution agreement then I guess Gokube bills Soco and Vmoto misses out. Who knows?
Once again, if anyone out there has any sway with someone at Vmoto, could you ask if:
1. Does Vmoto have an exclusive (ex China) distribution agreement with Soco?
2. Is Gokube a client of Vmoto?
3. If the answer to 1 and 2 is yes, why hasn't the company released an announcement as this is a significant development.

Good luck all.
