IIf any holders wishing to clarify with management and share the answers with us, there are 2 questions that should be adsressed:
1. Whats the statua of agreement amendment with Rice? Have they got it in writing?
2. Why did the directors choose to escrow their shares only until March 2019? Thats 3 months before july 2019.
What i heard, and this is plausible, if they cant reach agreement with Rice by March, this will give a window od 3 months for the seed investors to duml their share leaving us holding the bag.
PPlease just ask management out for clarificarion. Any positive answer is only good for holders.
