With the ATO investigation being the main reason behind you selling out, I find it hard to believe that you did not ask the question at any stage @Wilma85

And for KNL management not raise the issue either, rings serious alarm bells imo. If they were confident, all management had to do was say, ‘There will be no repayments, back paying of interest or fines to the ATO’.

Like you, surely management have observed when the SP decline began, and understand the severity of this issue
