I liked the massive Craigieburn land holding that may one day be rezoned to residential - nice little sleeper. I also understand that Glen Gery owns all their plants and quarries and they may be able to do something similar in the future. I agree that the SOL stake is undervalued in BKW but it is not as simple as adding up the 47% stake as is presented by the company - the cross ownership means that you need to solve the simultaneous equation giving the value of each. I think that not acknowledging this in presentations is a simplistic and possibly misleading approach. The market clearly sees past this but IMO is still discounting too heavily.
