Amazing what $680 Bucks can do just before today's Bell.... 3.9%....

IMO, Maybe the last mob who got a Guernsey in the Private Placement of shares in September 2018 are giving the Share Price a crank this side of the next Private Placement of new shares ( as allowed for in last months AGM). Clearly in the the interest of all Shareholders to see a SP as high as possible.

IMO who would know where the SP will head, but i'm guessing next 5 to 10 days might see some low volume activity to edge dcl forward. ( Low Volume stuff in this sort of small cap IMO, would be tranches $5K -$10K,but  i'm guessing).

Will be interesting to see where the new strike price ends up on the next placement and how much is placed.
