I don't think the news to be released imminently will be a decision of any sort, i.e. this will not be the regulatory approval for the commercial facility. It's too soon for that, the authorities almost certainly will need to evaluate the results from the field leach trial to make any informed decision.
I'm speculating but I think this may have to do with an objection received from some activist group. We will soon know.
Someone implied recent management share purchases is indicative of a positive outcome. The optics of this would be horrible. Surely they are not that foolish.
