    This was an absolute certainty! Harrod has not kept one commitment or forecast in the entire process. Someone had to fall on the sword.
    We need an integration specialist as CEO...there are more than a handful of individual businesses which need to be knitted together under one culture and one progressive forward plan.
    This has the bones of a good, solid reliable business but we do face massive implementation risk.
