It's really up to the DRM shareholders to push LD over the edge - it will need some leverage but it must be obvious, particularly after shareholder comment and votes at the AGM that LD is not an asset and needs to do the honourable thing (e.g resign). Problem is that D Quinlivan appear to be unable to push him as they are all members of the "boys club". It's clear that even after the merger it's still a boys club; there is not a female not only the merged board but also among the KMP's including company secretary and FCO.
