Rumandcoke's thoughts have me still wondering.

M&A opportunities or an acquisition evaluation can't sit and wait around months until an AGM.  A CR could.  And PNC could do with funds given that they need to borrow so much to purchase debt ledgers (up to $120m in borrowings).  That's a lot for a small company. 

We are also entering a new era for the credit (lending) markets with potentially higher interest rates on the way. 

I would like to top up (again, as I did a week ago) but I am a bit concerned about a CR and what it might do to the Short term share price.  Though if they did a CR i would be surprised if it was say less than $2.70 so maybe a purchase at that level is safe anyway.
