I just mean there's been a particular type of holder that in the last year, they have sold this stock in a cancerous way driving away interest. And i mean the holders selling 6 dollars at a time moving it 3%. It does the opposite of encourage volume. Announcements are quickly forgotten when all you see is red for 6 months. People probably aren't even giving this a second glance after looking at the chart.
