This announcement was made by UTR in June.
There has not been one update in 6 months. Not a word.

.........but the Blitz deal is subject to the battery meeting the Blitz specifications. They have had 6 months to find out whether its any good or not - not a word from UTR
He is making all these claims but the battery appears at this point not to have results from any tests in the field.
Does the silence mean the technology has not met Blitz's requirements - is this then a pointer to the quality of the technology.
No timeframes - nothing.
the agreement with PT Garda has that many clauses in it which are stacked against Garda and they carry all the risk. This announcement imo will not get to first base.
