Do you think taking samples ,shipping it to China, engaging two research labs to carry out testing over the last year , planning ,reporting and admin work ,securing land for pilot plant, mobilising for drilling etc providing personnel at Labs in china for monitoring, does not show money spent ?,I am for one happy that AXF are carrying out all the ground work to enable this multi billion project get of the ground and allow IRC to concentrate on what they know best
