    I would love it if you could find it and post a link, and I'm not being facetious. I haven't been able to find any regulatory framework, just references as to what different parties hope to have included in it, but not the actual framework itself. I do know that there was no framwork in place when the CEOL policy was first introduced, as there were public protests due to Pinera bypassing parliament and enacting the policy through a Presidential Decree, as well as no regulatory framework for lithium having been established at the time.
