You need several factors for success. Management is one of the most important. You can have a great resource but if you don’t correctly scope a project to suit finance / equity markets then you will have a miserable time achieving finance. Projects should also ideally aim for paybacks less than 2 years.

As noted in my earlier post, capital intensity ( CAPEX per kt of production) for the Focus project seems high.

Also noted in my earlier post, graphite prices tanked and that certainly wouldn’t have helped sentiment.
