Ann: WAF hits extensive visible gold in 1km hole at M1 South, page-51

I’ve noticed that the 9 shares 4 minute 29cent bot has gone quite today.

Special crossing also probably just a reload from the left and to the right hand IMO.

We have had a significant down trend since January this year and after Macquarie sold their ~40.5 million shares on market in mid-February.

Since then we have had millions of shares traded with the price being driven lower but in that same time we have had two new substailtial holder notices with the Van Eck declaring a new 6.47% (37.6 million shares) share holding in May and the Giant Squid and Co declaring a 5.43% holding (~37.49 million shares) on behalf of that Dutch stitch and Co.

The only reduction in substantial holdings during this period of share price decline was 2 million shares sold by the Bank of Nova Scotia (declared in May).

So apparently we have had 37.6 million shares acquired by Van Exk “for cash consideration” according to their disclosures and ~37.49 million shares acquired through placements (~27.23 million shares) and “on market” (~10.26 million shares) by the Giant Squid and Co since January.

So a total of about ~47.86 million shares “acquired” on market and/or for “cash consideration” (whatever that is supposed to mean.....when it comes to Van Eck I’m not sure what to believe anymore) and 2 million shares disposed “on market” by substantial holders but the share price has been on a declining trend during this period of acquistion by substantial holders. There are either some really really stupid and dumb small shareholders selling or something doesn’t stack up in a big way here IMO. Esh
